Colorado-based load stabilisation equipment company Vita Inclinata Technologies has announced the acquisition of Air Rescue Systems (ARS), enabling the partners to serve a larger community through the provision of essential skills and tools required to execute successful missions.

The partnership will see Vita Aerospace and Air Rescue Systems combine their knowledge and resources to provide comprehensive training techniques and facilities, cutting-edge equipment and innovative technology to a broader range of organisations operating in emergency response environments.
