Safran Helicopter Engines and ADAC Heliservice have signed a support-by-the-hour (SBH) contract renewal for the engines powering ADAC Luftrettung and ANWB Medical Air Assistance H145 helicopter fleets.

The SBH contract covers in-service support and MRO for about 50 Arriel 2E engines and will be managed by Safran Helicopter Engines Germany in Hamburg.

“We are delighted to renew this partnership with ADAC Heliservice, which supports ADAC Luftrettung and ANWB Medical Air Assistance operations, leading actors in helicopter rescue and medical transport in Germany and the Netherlands,” said Mathieu Albert, Director of Support and Services, Safran Helicopter Engines. “This demonstrates the relevance of our SBH model for these operators, who carry out particularly demanding missions.”
