PHI Air Medical has announced that it is expanding its partnership with Enterprise Rescue, the Alabama-based EMS provider, with the establishment of a second operating base in Andalusia, Alabama. The new base, which is expected to open during the first quarter of next year, will be home to a Bell 407 together with PHI pilots and technicians who will support the aviation side of the operation. The medical staff will be provided by Enterprise Rescue. This is the partnership’s second base and builds on the existing service to the city of Enterprise in Alabama and its surrounding areas, well known to US Army aviators at nearby Fort Novosel.

Commenting on the announcement, Sam Marshall, Central Region Program Director at PHI Air Medical, said, “This collaboration with Enterprise Rescue underscores our unwavering dedication to excellence. We are looking forward to seeing the future success of this partnership and to further expanding our impact in moving communities to health.”

“This partnership aligns with our mission to deliver high-quality emergency medical services,” added Arnold Woodham, Operations Manager at Enterprise Rescue. “We are excited to contribute our clinical expertise in this joint endeavour and to continue making a positive impact on the communities we serve.”
