Milestone Aviation and Lufttransport have signed lease agreements for two Leonardo AW139 helicopters.
The helicopters are scheduled for delivery to Norwegian helicopter operator Lufttransport in 2025.

In January 2024, Norwegian energy firm Equinor announced the signing of a five-year contract with Lufttransport to provide search and rescue services to the Troll and Oseberg offshore oil and gas fields from early 2026, using a fleet of two AW139s.
