The Jeff Pino Foundation (JPF) has invited 150 students from the Anaheim, California, area to attend HAI Heli-Expo in partnership with Helicopter Association International (HAI).

The invited students from Canyon High School, Corona High School, and select schools from the Bonita Unified School District will attend the show on Day 3, 29 February, with the aim of inspiring the students and providing exposure to career opportunities in the rotorcraft industry.

“Attending Heli-Expo is a transformative experience for these students, offering them a chance to engage with industry leaders, speak directly to OEMs and their suppliers, and gain valuable insights into the rotorcraft industry,” said Greg Brown, Director of Education and Training Services, HAI. “This experience goes beyond classrooms and textbooks, providing them with a hands-on encounter with the latest innovations, technologies and industry experts. It’s a stepping stone towards a future in the dynamic field of aviation.”

“We are thrilled to collaborate with HAI in bringing students to Heli-Expo 2024,” added Greg Allen, Chairman and CEO of the Jeff Pino Foundation. “Connecting young minds with industry professionals and cutting-edge technology is crucial for fostering innovation and passion within the rotorcraft sector, and the main goal of JPF.”
