Supernal the Hyundai division developing an AAM concept took the opportunity of FIA to reveal its cabin design concept. The company says that its vast experience in the automotive industry has enabled it to design a “cabin experience superior ergonomics” which it believes will give its piloted eVTOL a leg up on its rivals when it come to the question of passenger acceptance. In conversation with one of the company’s brand ambassadors RotorHub was impressed by the company’s holistic approach to AAM delivery as we learned about the plans for vertiport design as part and parcel of the product offering. It remains to be seen if the company has the expertise to get the project into the air and through certification, it does have the industrial might and deep pockets of Hyundai behind it, but will that be enough?
