Following the departure of Paul Kelsall, who has been appointed the CEO of Highlands and Islands Airports, Offshore Helicopter Services has named Martin Stubbs as interim Managing Director while the company recruits a permanent replacement for Kelsall.

Commenting on the announcement, Shaun Roseveare, CEO of OHS’s owners, Ultimate Aviation, said, “The business is in a strong position, and everyone is working hard to ensure we continue on the correct trajectory in challenging market conditions. As Director of Operations, Martin Stubbs knows the business inside out, and I am confident they will provide stability and drive OHS UK forward. The recruitment process for a full-time MD is already underway, and we also expect to make further positive business announcements imminently.”
