Aeromedical interiors specialist Spectrum Aeromed has announced the promotion of Sara Engen to the role of quality assurance manager and the appointment of Brandi Griffith as its new production manager. Both will be involved in maintaining quality standards at the company’s headquarters in Fargo, North Dakota.

Engen has been working at Spectrum Aeromed since 2014 as its manufactured parts coordinator. In her new role, she will ensure that parts are fabricated and assembled in accordance with approved design drawings. She will also ensure all production work is done to the company’s high standards.

“We are pleased to announce the promotion of Sara,” commented Jeff Edberg, VP of operations. “She joined Spectrum Aeromed seven years ago and over that time has shown her consistent ability to assure the quality of our products.”

Griffith has nearly a decade of experience in manufacturing, most recently serving as a production supervisor for two Doosan Bobcat North Dakota facilities. At Spectrum Aeromed, she will be responsible for the day-to-day production needs of the operations team and for maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, while ensuring on-time delivery for customers.

“We are excited to have Brandi join our team. Her experience in lean manufacturing methodology will allow us to continue our manufacturing growth well into the future,” Edberg said.
