Meeker-Airfilm has announced that it has been granted STC approvals from Transport Canada (TC) and the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for its Bell 505 Utility Heavy Side and Down Post camera mounts. The Heavy Side Mount is designed for use with large format cameras, Lidar, and similar-sized equipment, such as downlinks and special operations equipment. Meanwhile, the Down Post is offered as a mounting solution for lighter equipment like MX10s and other smaller external equipment.
