Based at PHI headquarters in Lafayette, southern Louisiana, the 24/7 service provides immediate access to PHI MRO’s team of experts who boast decades of experience on a wide range of aircraft types and configurations.
Explaining the network’s purpose, PHI MRO Services President Tom Neumann explained: “Sometimes, during the course of maintaining rotorcraft, maintainers run into a challenge where they could use help. With 75 years of experience, our experts are now available to assist in real-time to help solve those challenges.”
