Bell Textron Inc. has appointed Danny Maldonado as its Chief Commercial Officer. In the role, Maldonado will be responsible for Bell’s global commercial aircraft sales, aftermarket solutions and customer service, as well as the Bell Training Academy.
Prior to the new role, Maldonado served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Textron Financial Corporation for nine years. He now makes his return to Bell, having previously held the position of Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he led major development initiatives, including enhancing sales and marketing programmes, integration of diverse customer support operations and expansion of credit sources for Bell’s international customers.
“I am thrilled to return to HAI Heli-Expo as Bell’s Chief Commercial Officer, leading a function I’ve dedicated a large part of my career to,” said Maldonado. “Bell will showcase its versatile civil products and aftermarket solutions, and I look forward to reengaging with Bell’s customers and partners at the world’s largest commercial rotorcraft tradeshow [Heli-Expo 2024].”
