Astatine Investment Partners, an independent private equity firm specialising in infrastructure, has concluded a deal which will see it purchase six AW139s jointly owned by RIVE Private Investment, Thora Capital and LCI for an undisclosed sum. The six aircraft are currently all operated on long-term contracts by Babcock International on HEMS missions in the Australian state of Victoria.
