Austrian integration specialist Airborne Technologies has announced that it has begun installation of the Smith Myers ARTEMIS Mobile Phone Detection, Location and Communication system in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) fleet of AW139 SAR helicopters. The upgrade programme is in partnership with UAE partner Lima Aviation LLC.
