The first one of 21 H145 helicopters on order for Rega – the Swiss HEMS and SAR operator – is nearing delivery as it enters final testing at Airbus Helicopters’ Donauwörth facility.
Air testing is expected to take place over the coming few days before delivery to Rega early next month. The aircraft is the first from the March 2022 order for nine H145 D3s, which Rega followed up with another order for 12 more H145 D3s as part of its plan to move to an all-H145 fleet by 2026.
