Indiana-based charter operator Sweet Helicopters has announced that it is adding two more Leonardo AW109SPs to its fleet bringing the type total to three. Explaining the decision, the company’s owner Chuck Surak said, “We’ve added these helicopters because of overwhelming customer demand. We already transport over 1,000 passengers a year and with the addition of these two helicopters are thrilled to be able to fly even more.”
In addition to the three AW109s, Sweet Helicopters also operates three H130s and a single H125 on a variety of charter operations.
