Spectrum Aeromed, a global leader in customised air medical interior solutions, has announced the addition of two new team members.

The new hires strengthen both the company’s engineering and project management capabilities as it continues to support increasing project demand.

Grant Ramage joins as Project Manager. In this role, he will oversee all phases of project execution, including coordination across engineering, production and support functions, while ensuring compliance with FAA and EASA requirements.

A Spectrum Aeromed spokesperson said: “Grant brings a strong aviation and engineering background, most recently serving in a leadership role at Northrop Grumman, where he led mission analysis teams and worked closely with customers to support operational requirements and timelines. His experience in technical leadership, cross-functional coordination, and customer engagement will play a key role in advancing Spectrum Aeromed’s project execution capabilities.”

The company has also welcomed Paul Sayler as an Engineer, following just over one year supporting Spectrum Aeromed as a contract engineer.

The spokesperson said: “In his new role, Paul will continue contributing to design, analysis, and product development efforts across a variety of aircraft platforms. He brings hands-on experience in product design, engineering analysis, and aircraft-related installations, and his familiarity with Spectrum Aeromed’s processes allows for a seamless transition into a full-time position.”

Shannon Schell, President of Spectrum Aeromed, said: “As we continue to see increased demand for our air medical solutions, strengthening both our engineering and project management capabilities is critical to supporting our customers and delivering projects efficiently. Grant and Paul both bring strong technical backgrounds and a collaborative mindset that aligns well with our team.”
