Rotorweld Helicopter Tooling, a New Zealand-based manufacturer, has expanded its range of specialist maintenance tooling for helicopters and gas turbine engines with the addition of a Module Replacement Kit for Safran Arriel Engines.
“We have manufactured and put together all the necessary special tools for the replacement of Safran Arriel Engine Modules, in particular the Module 2 to 3 tools and housed them in our signature foam-lined storage cases,” said Sam Henderson, Director of Rotorweld.
Henderson continued: “We include in our kit the latest digital data logging pressure gauges, which allow precise recording and logging of the Module 2 to 3 tie bolt stretching. The data can be monitored via Bluetooth on your mobile device and printed out to include in the job work pack.”
Earlier in the year at VERTICON 2025, Rotorweld unveiled a new External hydraulic pump drive for the MGB-driven hydraulic pump on Airbus H125 and H130 helicopters.
