Precision Aviation Group (PAG) has appointed Peter Farley as Chief Legal Officer (CLO), where he will manage legal and compliance matters within the company’s operations.
Farley has over three decades of legal experience, working most recently as a partner in McGuireWoods LLP. His expertise was recognised by The Best Lawyers in America and The Legal 500 United States.
“We are thrilled to welcome Peter to the PAG leadership team,” said David Mast, President and CEO of PAG. “His expertise in corporate governance and regulatory compliance, along with his ability to serve as a strategic legal advisor, will be instrumental as we continue our global expansion and face increasing complexity in our operations.”
Farley also held the position of Vice President and General Counsel at Beaulieu Group LLC for 12 years and earned a Bachelor of Arts from North Carolina State University and a Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School.
