Milestone Aviation has signed lease agreements for four Leonardo helicopters with HeliService International. The agreements include the placement of two Leonardo AW139 helicopters at HeliService’s offshore wind farm operations in the German Bight as well as two new Leonardo AW169 helicopters, which will provide offshore services in support of wind projects in Taiwan.
“We are very pleased to welcome HeliService as a new customer,” said Sebastien Moulin, Head of Europe and Americas, Milestone Aviation, “offshore wind is an exciting growth area for helicopter leasing, and we are delighted to be able to support HeliService as they expand their fleet and services.”
The two AW169 helicopters are scheduled to deliver mid-year 2023, while for the AW139 helicopters, one was recently delivered, with the second scheduled to deliver in April 2023.
