Milestone Aviation Group has sold a Sikorsky S-92 helicopter to China Southern Airlines General Aviation (CSAGA), a new customer for Milestone. The helicopter is configured for offshore passenger transport and will be deployed on critical offshore oil and gas missions in China.
Commenting on the purchase, CSAGA Chairman Li Erbao said: “This transaction marks the beginning of our partnership with Milestone Aviation. With the growing demand for offshore oil and gas exploration and production, as well as the continuing development of the broader Chinese aviation industry, I believe there will be many opportunities in the future for further collaboration with the Milestone team.”
