Wichita-based Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics and True Blue Power have announced the promotion of four executives as part of an expansion.
Matthew Harrah
Firstly, Matthew Harrah has been appointed President of Mid-Continent Instruments and Avionics and True Blue Power. An active pilot with an FAA ATP certificate, he first joined the company in 2020 as Senior Vice President of Technology and Products with over 25 years of aviation-industry experience. His previous roles include President of Astronics AeroSat Corporation and Director of Aviation Product Support at Garmin International. Harrah holds a bachelor’s degree in political science and government from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is a US Marine Corps veteran.

Brett Williams
Brett Williams has been promoted from Vice President of Engineering to Senior VP of Engineering and Certification. Joining in 2004 as Engineering Manager, Williams has over 27 years of industry experience and a master’s degree in engineering management from the University of Kansas.
Van Winter
Van Winter has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, transitioning from his previous role as Vice President of Marketing and Aftermarket Sales. He joined the company in 2012 as a Legal Contract Administrator and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Texan Christian University, as well as a juris doctor from the University of Kansas School of Law.
Marissa Williams
Finally, Marissa Williams has been made Vice President of Supply Chain and Logistics. She joined the company in 1997 and has held roles as Purchasing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, and Director of Supply Chain. She has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Friends University and is certified in production and inventory management.
