ITC-Aeroleasing which specialises in the provision of leasing and finance solutions for socially responsible mission providers has reported that it has closed on nine aircraft lease transactions in the first half of the year. Continuing its partnership with an undisclosed but ‘long term partner’ signed a lease financing deal for two Bell 407s early in the year added a further three Bell 407s with the same operator in June. Meanwhile the company also expanded its European footprint as it concluded lease transactions for six aircraft (two H145D3s and three EC135T2+s as well as on the fixed wing side of the house an E190) with three customers. The helicopters are for a range of HEMS operations in France and Spain while the Embraer is heading for a customer focused on charter, medevac and ACMI flights.

Looking back on the results since Verticon, ITC’s Executive Vice-President, Steven Nixon, said “2025 has been a great year for ITC so far, with diverse projects. We have developed new customer relationships, but notably, we continue to grow our existing partnerships in the U.S. and Europe, some of which have lasted for over a decade, which in itself speaks volumes about the mutual trust and respect between ITC and its customers. We always endeavour to share our skills and experience with all parties involved in a transaction, to deliver our primary objective of funding essential missions in the most efficient and professional manner.”
