Germany based HeliService has secured the contract to provide support to offshore wind operators TenneT. The successful bid will see Heliservice provide on demand support to construction and installation operations as well as maintenance and repair services. The contract is scheduled to commence on 1 January 2023 and continue for until March 2025 with options to extend for up to four years beyond the initial term.
This contract is the second big offshore support the company has won this year. In April, HeliService was awarded support contracts for the US South Fork, Revolution and Sunrise wind projects operated by Orsted and Eversource.
