In celebration of the company’s 25th anniversary, Ex-Change Parts has launched an Online Inventory Database for customers to access information on over 70,000 helicopter parts free of charge.
“We are proud to introduce this inventory database, which reflects our commitment to availability and customer service,” said Göran Enström, Head of Business Development at Ex-Change Parts. “Our goal is to provide our customers with the most detailed and reliable parts information available, along with the fastest RFQ response times in the industry. We believe this new platform will significantly enhance our customers’ ability to fast source the parts they need, efficiently and confidently.”
The database will enable users to see the serial numbers, quantity, release types and release dates of parts, including engines, dynamic components, hoists, rotor blades, hydraulic blocks and avionics. The certification details of products will also be accessible, as well as same-day request-for-quote responses.
