The first EUROPEAN ROTORS show, which is due to take place in Cologne from 16 to 18 November, is on course to become the largest helicopter and VTOL event this year, according to its organisers. They revealed that, as of 21 September, there were 135 registered exhibitors for the event.

Among those signed up for the exhibition are Airbus Helicopters, Bell, Leonardo Helicopters, Robinson, Safran Helicopter Engines, Boeing Global Services, StandardAero, Pratt & Whitney Canada, RUAG, ESG, Aerometals and many others. While 24 September was the deadline for booking stands, companies can still register as digital-only exhibitors on the digital event platform.

EUROPEAN ROTORS is jointly organised by the European Helicopter Association (EHA) and the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA). Peter Moeller, EHA’s chairman, commented: “We are excited about the huge number of exhibitors participating in the first edition of EUROPEAN ROTORS, and we invite all helicopter enthusiasts to register and buy their tickets now. We are looking forward to meeting you all in Cologne.”

The exhibition floor will feature an indoor aircraft static display and a drone pavilion, as well as a starter area dedicated to new and emerging companies in the rotorcraft market. Alongside the trade show, there will also be a programme of conference, workshop and training events, including EASA’s Rotorcraft and VTOL Symposium.
