Boeing has acquired joint-venture partner Kittyhawk’s share of the Wisk autonomous eVTOL programme, it was announced at a Boeing Media Briefing on 31 May. At the briefing, Wisk CEO Brian Yutko declined to reveal what Boeing paid for Kittyhawk’s holding. In January of 2022, Boeing invested US$450m to acquire its initial tranche.
