At the Avalon Airshow, Bell has announced the delivery of two Bell 429s with the VIP Designer Series interiors to Advanced Flight, one of New Zealand’s largest helicopter charter and management operators. With the new aircraft, Advanced Flight now has a fleet of three 429s for VIP operations. The Designer Series interior for the Bell 429, launched in March of last year, features interior upgrades for all cabin materials, combining material quality with soundproofing to deliver an enhanced customer experience, said Bell.
In addition to operating and managing the Bell 429s for corporate customers, since 2018, Advanced Flight has been managing and operating three Bell 429s for the New Zealand Police Air Support Unit, flying 3,300 hours annually.
